Bill Hader is an American actor, comedian, and writer best known for his work on the sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live (SNL). Hader was a cast member on SNL from 2005 to 2013, and he has since returned to host the show several times. During his time on SNL, Hader created a number of memorable characters, including Stefon, a flamboyant New York City nightlife correspondent; Vincent Price, a horror movie host; and Lindsey Buckingham, the guitarist for Fleetwood Mac.
Hader’s work on SNL has been praised by critics and audiences alike. He has won four Primetime Emmy Awards for his work on the show, and he has been nominated for several other awards. In 2013, Hader was named one of the “100 Most Influential People in the World” by Time magazine.
