In Civilization VI, strategy (or “strat”) is key to success. There are many different strategies that players can employ, but some of the most effective involve focusing on a particular aspect of the game, such as science, culture, or domination.
One of the most important things to consider when choosing a strategy is the map that you’re playing on. Some strategies are better suited for certain types of maps than others. For example, a strategy that focuses on naval domination is going to be more effective on a map with a lot of water than on a map with very little water.
